The present invention relates to a small automatic needle separating device and, more specifically, to an advanced concept technology capable of conveniently separating a needle from a syringe classified as infectious waste while being easily handled without worries of the loss. An existing pen-type portable needle separating device might be lost when using the device, and is inconvenient when several people jointly use the device. Especially, the existing pen-type portable needle separating device has a function of automatically separating a needle. However, the simplification of components and a rotation control are difficult when realizing the device in a pen type.
