PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilization and disinfection device which can be removed from a main body to drain and dry a baby bottle and the like, and can be used for both sterilization and disinfection by steam and sterilization and disinfection by immersing in a chemical solution. SOLUTION: A sterilizing and disinfecting instrument is locked by closing and locking a main container portion 1 having an opening 1a having only one surface of a rectangular parallelepiped open, a sub-container portion 2 accommodating in the main container portion 1, and an opening 1a. It is composed of a lid portion 3 to be in a state. The sub-container portion 2 is provided on one side and is connected to the water-retaining portion 2a capable of storing water and the water-retaining portion 2a so as to face the water-retaining portion 2a. It is composed of an outlet 2c provided on one side of the water retaining portion 2a and the draining portion 2b, and a handle portion 2d rotatably attached to a part of the outlet 2c.
