The structural portion may have a first surface oriented toward the occlusal surface and an opposite second surface, the structural portion defining a plurality of openings, the plurality of openings extending transverse to the axis and between the first surface and the second surface. The structural portion may define an angled surface leading into at least one of the plurality of openings. A plurality of projections may be formed on a first surface of the structural portion, each of the projections having a projection surface spaced beyond the first surface toward the occlusal surface.
