The present invention relates to an ultrasonic imaging device having an improved structure in which a display can be easily transferred. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the ultrasonic imaging device may comprises: a main body； a probe which emits and receives an ultrasonic wave and is connected to the main body such that an ultrasonic wave signal can be transferred to the main body； a display member connected to be transferred from the main body； and a transferring unit connecting the display member and the main body and configured to allow the display member to be transferred from the main body. The transferring unit includes: a first coupling unit formed to be rotated in one side of the main body； a rotary arm coupled to the first coupling unit to be rotated around the first coupling unit, wherein the first coupling unit is used as an axis； and a transferring member of which one side is coupled to the display member and which is installed in the rotary arm such that the display member can be transferred in the longitudinal direction of the rotary arm.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 초음파 영상장치는, 본체, 초음파를 조사 및 수신하고, 초음파 신호가 본체로 이동되도록 본체와 연결된 프로브, 본체로부터 이동가능하게 연결되는 디스플레이 부재 및 디스플레이 부재와 본체를 연결하고, 디스플레이 부재가 본체로부터 이동될 수 있도록 구성되는 이동 유닛을 포함하고, 이동 유닛은 본체의 일측에 회전 가능하도록 형성된 제1 결합부, 제1 결합부를 축으로 회전 가능하게 제1 결합부에 결합되는 회전 암 및 일측이 디스플레이 부재와 결합되고, 디스플레이 부재가 회전 암의 길이 방향으로 이동가능하도록 상기 회전 암에 설치되는 이동 부재를 포함한다.
