The taper includes: a taper frame attached to a cover, a holder groove being disposed at one side thereof； a binding heating cable unit in which a binding heating cable is disposed so as to receive an electric current from a power supply unit； and a holder to or from which the binding heating cable unit is attached or detached, the holder being inserted into the holder groove.
