In the present invention, provided is an orally administered pharmaceutical formulation with a good taste masking effect, which is manufactured by the following steps of manufacturing resinated dapoxetine hydrochloride with use of positive inonic exchange resins and adding an alkali agent which accelerates resinated dopoxetine to products from reaction of the positive ionic exchange resin with dapoxetine and pharmaceutical salt thereof, thereby removing free active pharmaceutical ingredient without a filtering, a washing and/or a drying step, while preventing the API from being free, reducing time, cost and efforts in a manufacturing process.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015본 발명은 양이온교환수지를 이용해 레진화(resin化)된 다폭세틴 염산염을 제조하되, 다폭세틴 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염과 양이온교환수지의 반응물에 다폭세틴의 레진화(resin化) 촉진용 알칼리화제를 첨가하는 단계를 포함하면, 여과단계, 세척단계 및/또는 건조단계를 거치지 않고서도, 유리(free) API(active pharmaceutical ingredient)를 제거하는 동시에 API 유리화 방지가 효과적으로 가능한 우수한 효과가 있으며, 따라서 제조공정에 시간, 비용, 노력 등이 절감되는 효과가 있다. 그러므로, 본 발명에 따르면, 테이스트 매스킹(Taste Masking) 효과가 뛰어난 구강 투여용 약학 제제를 제공이 가능하다.
