PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide enteric-coated particles containing duloxetine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof having excellent acid resistance and enteric solubility even after compression molding, to provide tablets containing the same, and to provide production methods thereof.SOLUTION: After a nuclear particle comprising duloxetine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is coated with a separation layer if necessary, pharmaceutically acceptable additives are added to enteric-coated particles which are coated with at least an enteric-coated film comprising hypromellose phthalic acid ester as enteric-coated polymer and, if necessary, which is coated with a finishing layer, to be mixed, and compression molding is conducted, thereby a tablet excellent in acid resistance and enteric solubility being obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】 圧縮成形後も優れた耐酸性および腸溶性を有する、デュロキセチン又はその医薬的に許容される塩を含有する腸溶性被覆粒子、およびそれを含有する錠剤、それらの製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】 デュロキセチン又はその医薬的に許容される塩を含む核粒子に 、必要に応じて分離層をコーティングしたのち、少なくとも腸溶性ポリマーとしてヒプロメロースフタル酸エステルを含む腸溶性被膜、及び必要に応じてフィニッシング層をコーティングした腸溶性被覆粒子に、医薬的に許容される添加剤を加えて混合し、圧縮成型することで、耐酸性及び腸溶性に優れた錠剤が得られる。【選択図】 なし
