At least in the rear waist region (12) of the front and rear waist regions (11, 12), waist pocket panels (51, 52) formed contiguously to or separately of elastic belt panels (16, 18) and adapted to connect the inner lateral edge portions (25a) of the lateral elastic regions (25) are provided and the elastic belt panels (16, 17) are attached to the outer lateral portions (25b) of the lateral elastic regions (25).
