According to an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for measuring a gastrointestinal bio-signal comprises: a catheter body provided in an elongated tube shape, and inserted into a gastrointestinal tract through an oral cavity； and an electrode member provided in the catheter body, and being in contact with an inner wall of the gastrointestinal tract to measure a bio-signal for the gastrointestinal tract, wherein the catheter body is made of a flexible material, and moves by pushing the inner wall of the gastrointestinal tract so as to obtain a bio-signal for a specific point or the whole of the gastrointestinal tract by the electrode member.일 실시예에 따른 위장관 생체신호 측정 장치는, 가늘고 긴 튜브 형상으로 마련되어 경구를 통해 위장관 내에 삽입되는 카테터 몸체； 및 상기 카테터 몸체에 구비되고, 상기 위장관 내벽에 접촉하여 위장관에 대한 생체신호를 측정하는 전극 부재；를 포함하고, 상기 카테터 몸체는 가요성 재질로 마련되고, 상기 카테터 몸체가 상기 위장관 내벽을 밀면서 이동하여 상기 전극 부재에 의해 위장관 내 특정 지점 또는 전체에 대한 생체신호가 획득될 수 있다.
