The present invention relates to a method for preventing the aggregation of stem cells and a composition thereof and, more specifically, relates to a method for preventing the aggregation of stem cells, which prevents one cell from being aggregated with another cell by floating animal stem cells in a vitamin C-containing solution when transporting or storing the animal stem cells. The present invention also relates to a composition for preventing the aggregation of stem cells related to the method.
