PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chewing gum mastication reproduction device capable of reproducing mastication approximate to the actual mastication of a chewing gum, and a method for evaluating the removal degree of stain, which realizes the evaluation assuming the removal degree of stain brought about by actual mastication of a chewing gum.SOLUTION: A chewing gum mastication reproduction device includes: attachment means 2 to which a chewing gum 11 is attached rotation means 3 which rotates and fixation means 4 for fixing a dummy tooth 12 which contacts with the surface of the chewing gum 11 attached to the attachment means 2. The chewing gum 11 which is attached to the attachment means 2 and rotates by the rotation means 3 is positioned so that it receives load by pressing force and friction when contacting with the dummy tooth 12 fixed by the fixation means 4. Softening of the chewing gum is reproduced in the same manner as in the case of mastication, as a result of a plurality of rotations of the rotation means 3.
