The present invention relates to a solid polymeric material impregnated with a volatile organic substance (such as a perfume, an odor-masking agent or an insecticide) and a solvent comprising a C1-C18 C10-C18 monoester. C8 which improves the infusion rate of the volatile organic substance in the material and its diffusion profile. It also relates to a method of manufacturing this material, as well as its uses for perfuming or deodorizing the atmosphere, the body or the laundry or as an insect repellent or insecticide. The invention furthermore relates to a perfuming or deodorizing product, an insect repellent or an insecticide comprising the aforesaid material. La présente invention concerne un matériau polymérique solide imprégné d'une substance organique volatile (telle qu'un parfum, un agent masqueur d'odeur ou un insecticide) et d'un solvant comprenant un monoester en C10-C18 d'alkyle en C1-C8 qui permet d'améliorer le taux d'infusion de la substance organique volatile dans le matériau et son profil de diffusion. Elle concerne également un procédé de fabrication de ce matériau, ainsi que ses utilisations pour parfumer ou désodoriser l'atmosphère, le corps ou le linge ou comme répulsif d'insectes ou insecticide.
