Planting seeds placed in the textile sleeve are located in at least one substrate and/or are in contact with at least one substrate. Substrate comprises or contains a soil mixture and/or substrate, consists of at least one fibrous and/or foamed organic or mineral material on a seed tape that contains planting seeds arranged in a sheath in the form of a sleeve at a distance from each other.
