[Problem]To produce a powder containing collagen and a human-type ceramide component inexpensively and with high efficiency from a nonedible part (primarily the head) of an eel. [Solution] A method for producing an eel-derived composition containing collagen and a human-type ceramide component, the method comprising: (1) a step for rinsing an eel head in a jet stream of water (2) a step for heating and crushing the eel head in water (3) a step for cooling the temperature with respect to the temperature of step (2) and then adding an enzyme to induce an enzyme reaction (4) a step for stopping the enzyme reaction by further heating with respect to the cooling temperature of step (3) (5) a step for separating the filtrate and the solid by filtering, using a filter, the reaction product obtained in step(4) and (6) a step for recovering a composition containing collagen and a ceramide component by separating, using a centrifuge, the filtrate obtained in step (5).Le problème décrit par la présente invention consiste à produire une poudre contenant du collagène et un constituant céramide de type humain de manière peu coûteuse et avec une grande efficacité à partir dune partie non comestible (principalement la tête) dune aiguille.
