The implant (2) has two handles for attaching an optical portion (20) e.g. optical lens, in a posterior chamber of eyes (O). The optical portion defines an optical plane (PO). Each handle includes an arm connected to the optical portion, terminal portions (22) provided remotely from the optical plane, and shoulder (24) attaching the arm to the terminal portions. The shoulder is adapted to prevent passage of the handles through a trans-iris incision with a length of 0.5 mm. Each handle is made of a foldable biomaterial. An independent claim is also included for an operational kit.L'invention concerne un implant intraoculaire comportant une partie optique et au moins deux anses destinées à fixer la partie optique en chambre postérieure de l'œil, la partie optique définissant un plan optique, l'implant étant caractérisé en ce que chaque anse comprend un bras connecté à la partie optique, une partie terminale située à distance du plan optique, et un épaulement joignant le bras à la partie terminale, ledit épaulement étant apte à prévenir le passage de l'anse au travers d'une incision trans-irienne d'une longueur maximale de 0.5 mm.
