The present invention relates to a waste plastic sheet collection device attached to the front surface of a tractor, wherein the waste plastic sheet collection device is mounted on a tractor and winds and collects waste plastic sheets covered on a bare ground. The waste plastic sheet collection device according to the present invention comprises: a frame body a winding drum disposed in a rotation structure in the frame body and a driving unit for rotating the winding drum. A connection bracket assembled in the front of a tractor is formed in both lateral sides of the frame body, and the waste plastic sheet collection device is mounted on the front of the tractor through the connection bracket. The waste plastic sheet collection device is forwardly moved by the forwardly moving tractor along the bare ground having waste plastic sheets covered thereon, and tows, winds, and collects the waste plastic sheets covered on the bare ground. The plastic sheets are prevented from being damaged by the pressure of waste plastic sheets covered on the bare ground caused by driving wheels of the tractor.
