Provided is a cosmetic composition comprising fructose 1,6-diphosphate trisodium salt in which the fructose 1,6-diphosphate trisodium salt is capsulated by physicochemically binding it to a polymer chain using a cationic polymer and an anionic polymer, thereby showing the skin wrinkle improving effect. The cosmetic composition for improving wrinkle comprises 5.0-20.0 wt.% of fructose 1,6-diphosphate trisodium salt capsule base which includes 1.0-5.0 wt.% of fructose 1,6-diphosphate trisodium salt, 0.01-5.0 wt.% of a cationic polymer such as chitosan, lysine, arginine, cystine, polyethylene imine and polyvinylpyrrolidone, 0.01-5.0 wt.% of an anionic polymer such as gelatin, hyaluronic acid, alginic acid, sodium alginate, starch, starch oxide, and carboxymethylcellulose and the remaining amount of water.본 발명은 프럭토스1,6-디포스페이트삼나트륨염(Fructose 1,6-Diphos -phate Trisodium Salt)을 함유하는 피부주름 개선용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는, 본 발명에 의한 피부주름 개선용 화장료 조성물은 양이온성 고분자와 음이온성 고분자로 캡슐화하여 안정화된 프럭토스1,6-디포스페이트삼나트륨염을 함유하여 피부주름을 개선하고 또한 천연 보습성분을 더 함유하여 피부주름를 더욱 두드러지게 감소시키는 효능을 나타낸다.
