An implant device includes an implant with a threaded portion and a drilling portion and a positioning hole respectively formed at two ends of the implant. There are multiple pores formed on a surface portion of the implant. Each pore has a peripheral wall. The peripheral wall and the surface portion meet an end edge. Adjacent end edges and peripheral walls of the adjacent pores are connected to cause the adjacent pores to communicate with each other, thereby allowing a plurality of communicating channels to be formed. When the implant device is fastened to a part requiring growth of cells such as a bone, cells derived from the bone are quickly attached to the end edges and enter the channels to attain a smooth adhesion and proliferation, and the proliferated cells climb between the pores and channels to link together and hold the implant in position firmly. Thus, the combination between the implant and the bone is promoted, and the convalescence period of the target part is shortened.本發明植入材,其包含一具有螺牙部之植體及分設於該植體兩端之鑽鎖部及鎖合孔;其中,該植體表面開設複數孔洞,每一孔洞具有一周壁,該周壁與該植體表面之相接處形成一端緣,彼此相鄰孔洞之端緣及周壁連接以使該等相鄰孔洞接連相通,進而形成複數條通道,當該植入材運用於需有細胞增生的鎖合處如骨骼部位時,對於癒合過程所衍生之骨細胞可快速附著於該等孔洞之端緣處,並伸入該等通道內以順利攀附且增生,增生後之細胞更在該等孔洞、多條通道間相鏈結,以穩定包覆植體定位,提升植體與鎖合處間之結合效果,有利縮短鎖合處的癒合時間。
