PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple system longitudinally stacking medicines, falling them one by one from the bottom and being suited for discharging and dispensing thick medicines.SOLUTION: This medicine cassette 10 retains PTP bundle packages 8 in their aligned and stored state, wherein each of them is laid holizontally and then stacked longitudinally, laterally and sequentially feeds them from the bottom and dispenses one forward. This medicine cassette 10 includes an inner bottom plate pair 15 and 15 retaining the PTP bundle packages 8 placed on its upper face, a pushing member 20 for pushing the rear end of a lowest one of the PTP bundle packages 8, a buffer member 30 provided behind the pushing member 20 and becoming lower as separating from the pushing member 20, and an endless belt 16 forward feeding the pushing member 20 and the buffer member 30 along the inner bottom plate pair 15 and 15.
