[Problem] To provide a remifentanil injection by which a medical error of injecting a remifentanil-free liquid for dissolution or dispersion before mixing with remifentanil can be prevented at a medical site, and which has a high storage stability.[Solution] A remifentanil injection comprising remifentanil and/or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof and a coloring agent selected from among cyanocobalamin, indocyanine green and indigocarmine.Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir une injection de rémifentanil permettant d'éviter une erreur médicale d'injection d'un liquide exempt de rémifentanil destiné à être dissout ou dispersé avant de le mélanger à du rémifentanil au niveau d'un site médical, et qui présente une stabilité élevée au stockage. La solution selon l'invention porte sur une injection de rémifentanil comprenant du rémifentanil et/ou un sel physiologiquement acceptable de celui-ci et un agent colorant choisi parmi la cyanocobalamine, le vert d'indocyanine et l'indigocarmine.【課題】 医療現場で、レミフェンタニル注射製剤と混合する前のレミフェンタニルを含まない溶解用液や希釈用液が間違って注射されるという医療過誤を防止でき且つ長期間保存に優れるレミフェンタニル注射製剤の提供。 【解決手段】 レミフェンタニルおよび／またはその生理学的に許容される塩と、シアノコバラミン、インドシアニングリーンおよびインジゴカルミンから選ばれる着色剤を含有するレミフェンタニル注射製剤によって上記の課題が解決される。
