The greenhouse is formed by using glass or a plastic sheet, a control bag element is formed on the bottom surface of the greenhouse, and a support is formed on the bottom surface of the control bag element so that electricity is generated due to the temperature difference between the inside of the greenhouse and the shade. In addition, the increase in solar cell efficiency using the greenhouse is performed by forming a greenhouse using glass or a plastic sheet, forming a solar cell on the bottom of the greenhouse while the bottom of the solar cell forms a support so that the long wavelength light of the greenhouse is reflected instead of passing through, and more light can be supplied to the solar cell.본 발명은 열전소자와 태양전지를 이용한 발전장치에 관한 것으로서온실과 열전소자를 이용한 발전장치와 온실을 이용한 태양전지 효율증가장치에 관한 것으로서 유리나 비닐등의 온실을 형성하고 온실 바닥면에는 제어백소자를 형성하고 제어백 소자의 바닥면은 받침대가 형성되어 그늘이 지게 하여 온실 내부와 그늘진 곳의 온도차이에 의하여 전기가 발생하게 하는 것이며또한 온실을 이용한 태양전지 효율증가는 유리나 비닐등의 온실을 형성하고 온실 바닥면에는 태양전지를 형성하고 태양전지의 바닥면은 받침대가 형성되게 하여 온실의 파장이 긴 빛이 투과되지 않고 반사되어 태양전지에 좀더 많은 빛이 공급되게 하는 것이다.
