The present invention relates to technology related to a medical embedding thread applied to skin treatment of a human body and, more specifically, to manufacturing equipment of a medical embedding thread, which deviates from an existing way of a processing work for the outer circumference surface of suture yarn to generate the same in various shapes. The present invention comprises a suture yarn supply unit, a processing unit to form the outer circumference surface of suture yarn, and a collection unit to wind the suture yarn completed with the processing. The supply unit comprises: a hub which is installed on a fixing plate to be able to attach or detach a bobbin on which suture yarn is wound a fitting roller which guides suture yarn drawn from the bobbin to a predetermined path a tension roller which gives tension to the transferred suture yarn and an acetal roller which induces a transfer position of suture yarn from the tension roller. The processing unit comprises a press which operates in a vertical direction, an upper mold which is installed on a chuck installed in a lower front end of the press, and a lower mold which is mounted on a frame.
