The present application relates to combination therapies employing tumor targeted anti-CD3 bispecific antibodies and 4-1BB (CD137) agonists, in particular 4-1BBL trimer containing antigen binding molecules, the use of these combination therapies for the treatment of cancer and methods of using the combination therapies. The trimer CEA-4-1BBL (Figure IB) provides the highest tumor regression when combined with CEA CD3 TCB (See table 18).La présente invention concerne des polythérapies employant des anticorps bispécifiques anti-CD3 ciblant des tumeurs et des agonistes de 4-1BB (CD137), en particulier des molécules de liaison à lantigène contenant un trimère de 4-1BBL, lutilisation de ces polythérapies pour le traitement du cancer et des méthodes dutilisation des polythérapies. Le trimère CEA-4-1BBL (figure IB) fournit la régression tumorale la plus élevée lorsquil est combiné à CEA CD3 TCB (voir tableau 18).
