The present invention relates to a method for producing a mask pack cosmetic composition. The method comprises the following steps: collecting, sorting, and washing freshwater pearls naturally drying the freshwater pearls at 20 to 40°C without using a dryer obtaining freshwater pearl powder by firstly and secondly pulverizing the dried freshwater pearls enzymatically decomposing the freshwater pearl powder to be processed into gel-state freshwater pearl gel and obtaining a pearl extract composition extracted from the freshwater pearl gel through vacuum low temperature extraction and distillation extraction. The vacuum low temperature extraction is performed for 1 to 2 hours at a temperature of 50 to 65°C and at pressure of 0.06 Torr. Accordingly, a cosmetic product pearl extract is extracted from freshwater pearls by using vacuum low temperature extraction and distillation extraction. Compared to extraction using an organic extraction solvent or extraction at a high temperature or at high pressure, a loss of material intrinsic nutrients is minimized, and stability of materials can be ensured. Moreover, according to the present invention, skin can be protected by an antioxidant material.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명은, 마스크 팩용 화장 조성물 제조방법에 있어서, 담수 진주를 채취한 후 선별하고 세척하는 단계와 상기 담수 진주를 건조기를 사용하지 않고 20 내지 40℃에서 자연 건조하는 단계와 건조된 상기 담수 진주를 1차 및 2차 분쇄하여 담수 진주 분말을 획득하는 단계와 상기 담수 진주 분말을 효소분해하여 젤 상태의 담수 진주 젤로 가공하는 단계와 진공저온추출 및 증류추출을 통해 상기 담수 진주 젤로부터 추출한 진주 추출 조성물을 얻는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 진공저온추출은 50 내지 65℃의 온도 및 0.06Torr의 압력에서 1 내지 2시간 동안 수행되는 것을 기술적 요지로 한다. 이에 의해 진공저온추출과 증류추출을 이용하여 담수 진주로부터 화장품용 진주 추출물을 추출함으로써, 유기 추출용매를 이용한 추출 또는 고온, 고압에서의 추출과 달리 재료 고유 영양성분의 손실을 최소화하고 재료의 안전성을 확보할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 의하면 항산화 물질에 의한 피부보호가 가능한 효과가 있다.
