The invention provides a carbon dioxide filtering device, which comprises a tank body, a light-emitting element and a plane mirror group. The tank system contains water for aquatic plants and water supply plants. The light-emitting element emits a light source to illuminate the inside of the tank body. The flat mirror group is arranged on the inner side of the tank body to reflect the light source and the air pumping module which are used to irradiate the tank body and guide the external air into the tank body.
