PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological signal measurement device, biological signal measurement system, and control program which can reduce a burden on a medical worker in executing CCHD screening.SOLUTION: A biological signal measurement device 100 screens possibility of a critical congenital heart disease based on degrees of oxygen saturation at two positions of a patient and difference value between the degrees of oxygen saturation to be displayed as a screening result. The biological signal measurement device 100 manages information concerning a schedule time starting screening on each patient, screening result, and each patient. The biological signal measurement device 100 can display and switch a first screen containing information concerning schedule time, a second screen receiving execution instruction of screening, and a third screen containing screening result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
