The method comprises: transmitting composite sound waves of ultrasonic waves and low-frequency sound waves with fixed frequency and fixed amplitude to a target object receiving the reflected waves of the ultrasonic waves and contrasting the phase change and the amplitude change of the transmitting waves and the reflected waves of the ultrasonic waves, so as to analyze the physical property of the target object. The device comprises a controller (30), an analyzer (40), an ultrasonic receiver (50), a low-frequency sound wave generator (20) and an ultrasonic generator (10). The controller (30) is connected to the ultrasonic generator (10) and the low-frequency sound wave generator (20), and controls the transmission of the ultrasonic generator (10) and the low-frequency sound wave generator (20). The ultrasonic receiver (50) is connected to the analyzer (40) and receives the reflected waves of the ultrasonic waves, converts the reflected waves into an electrical signal and sends the electrical signal to the analyzer (40).
