A method for treating the diseases comprises a step of administering the pharmaceutical composition to an individual.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 PAUF를 포함하는 혈관신생 촉진용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 PAUF를 이용한 만성궤양, 지연성 상처치유 및/또는 심혈관계 질환의 치료용 약학적 조성물 등에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 피에이유에프(PAUF) 단백질은 혈관내피세포를 자극하여 증식, 이동 및 분화를 촉진시킴으로서 혈관신생과정을 유도할 수 있는 효과를 보인다. 즉, 혈관신생촉진인자로서의 신규한 기능을 갖는 PAUF 단백질은 혈관 신생이 요구되는 다양한 질환의 치료제 개발에 유용하게 이용될 것으로 기대된다.
