A fully humanized antibody that specifically binds to toll-like receptor 2 comprises light and heavy chains that comprise the amino acid sequence of a human origin as a whole. The variable region of the light chain comprises an amino acid sequence substantially homologous to the sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 and the variable region of the heavy chain domain comprises an amino acid sequence substantially homologous to the sequence of SEQ ID NO: 4.
