The cardiovascular health monitoring device comprises a housing a control circuit (10) comprising a processor an inflatable cuff (12) used for encircling an upper limb of a user a pump accommodated within the housing at least a first electrode (14) and a second electrode (14) and, an ear-worn structure having the first electrode (14) arranged thereon. When executing blood pressure measurement, the processor controls the pump to inflate and deflate the cuff (12) to measure the blood pressure of the user. When executing electrocardiographic signal measurement, the ear-worn structure is worn on one ear of the user, thus allowing the first electrode (14) to come into contact with the skin of the ear or the skin in proximity to the ear, and the cuff (12) is wrapped around the upper limb, thus allowing the second electrode (14) to come into contact with the skin of the upper limb. The processor is capable of capturing an electrocardiographic signal via the first electrode (14) and the second electrode (14).Linvention concerne un dispositif et un procédé de surveillance de santé cardiovasculaire.
