The present invention relates to a polyethylene glycol methyl ether(mPEG)-b-disulfide-containing reducible poly(ε-caprolactone) (RSPCL)-b-mPEG block copolymer; and a composition for nano drug delivery by using the block copolymer. The synthesized mPEG-b-RSPCL-b-mPEG block copolymer is capable of forming nanoparticles through self-assembly on water, and playing a role as a carrier which can deliver various drugs into the cell.본 발명은 폴리에틸렌글리콜 메틸 에테르(polyethylene glycol methyl ether; mPEG)-b-이황화결합을 가진 환원분해성 폴리(입실론-카프로락톤)[disulfide-containing reducible poly(ε-caprolactone); RSPCL]-b-mPEG 블록공중합체 및 상기 블록공중합체를 이용한 나노약물전달용 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 합성된 mPEG-b-RSPCL-b-mPEG 블록공중합체는 수상에서 자기조립을 통해 나노입자를 형성하였고, 다양한 약물을 세포 내로 전달할 수 있는 전달체로의 역할도 할 수 있다.
