Disclosed is an anti-blockage urinary catheter, comprising a catheter body (1) and a balloon (2), wherein the balloon is provided on the catheter body at a site close to the tail end and the balloon is provided with a filter net (3) outside, wherein the filter net coats the tail end of the catheter body and is ovoid when in the open state. After placing the urinary catheter into the bladder, air is inflated into the balloon or water is injected into the balloon, in order to fully open the balloon and stretch the filter net to contact with the liquid in the bladder in the maximum area, thus preventing the bladder from bleeding to form blood clots, bladder stones and bladder mucosa to block the pipe orifice thus leading to overactive bladder filling.La présente invention concerne un cathéter urinaire anti-blocage comprenant un corps de cathéter (1) et un ballon (2), ledit ballon étant placé sur le corps de cathéter au niveau d'un emplacement proche de l'extrémité de queue et doté d'un filet de filtrage (3) externe, le filet de filtrage recouvrant l'extrémité de queue du corps de cathéter et étant ovoïde en état ouvert. Une fois le cathéter urinaire placé dans la vessie, de l'air ou de l'eau est injecté dans le ballon afin d'ouvrir complètement ledit ballon et d'étirer le filet de filtrage de manière à le faire entrer en contact avec le liquide de la vessie sur une région qui soit la plus étendue possible, empêchant ainsi le saignement de la vessie et par conséquent la formation de caillots, de calculs et de muqueuse vésicale venant bloquer l'orifice du tuyau et entraînant l'hyperactivité vésicale.
