To provide a method for introducing a substance to a plant.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for introducing a substance to a plant, the method comprising introduction of a substance selected from a group formed of a nucleic acid, protein and peptide to a plant reproductive cell in which formation of a cell wall is incomplete.
