Disclosed are a tooth cover die and a tooth whitening method thereof. The tooth cover die comprises a thermoplastic resin layer, a whitening agent layer, and an alkali-soluble resin layer. The whitening agent layer is arranged at one side of the thermoplastic resin layer and comprises a whitening agent. The alkali-soluble resin layer is arranged on the whitening agent layer. The tooth whitening method using the tooth cover die comprises the following steps: coating an alkaline contact agent on the alkali-soluble resin layer, dissolving the alkali-soluble resin layer by the alkaline contact agent, and reacting with the whitening agent to make the whitening agent release at least one active oxygen medium.La présente invention concerne une matrice de couverture de dent et un procédé de blanchiment de dent. Le procédé de blanchiment de dent utilisant la matrice de couverture de dent comprend les étapes suivantes : application dun agent de contact alcalin sur la couche de résine soluble dans un alcali, dissolution de la couche de résine soluble dans un alcali par lagent de contact alcalin, et réaction avec lagent de blanchiment pour amener lagent de blanchiment à libérer au moins une espèce active de loxygène.
