PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate or forecast an internal state of an individual such as caution and memory from living body and brain function measurement signals, detect a state that a human error tends to occur, and issue a warning to take a precaution against a human error or to prevent the occurrence of a human error.SOLUTION: In a workshop in which machines are used, machine learning algorithm is applied to estimate an internal state (visual caution, memory on operations, a degree of skill or the like) which is obtained from an operators living body measurement signals.
