PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new and useful lymph lumen formation promoter, a lymphatic vessel endothelial cell proliferation promoter, or an agent which is effective in improvement of swelling or wrinkles.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a lymph lumen formation promoter, a lymphatic vessel endothelial cell proliferation promoter, or a swelling ameliorating agent, a wrinkle ameliorating agent or an external preparation composition, which contain an extract from Centaurea cyanus L. as an active ingredient.
