To provide a self-management support system which notifies an object person himself/herself of deviation from a reference state in a daily activity pattern of the object pattern.SOLUTION: A system 1 executes processing for: creating and storing time-series data about the number of times of motion of an object person for each day in units of first unit time according to measurement data from a human sensor 21 installed inside a dwelling 20 of the object person； on the basis of the time-series data for a preprocessing period, creating confirmation data capable of specifying a point at which the object person is not in a reference state and then transmitting the same to a terminal of the object person； correcting the time-series data on the basis of confirmed data that the point at which the object person is not in a reference state has been confirmed with respect to the confirmation data and then deriving a reference behavior pattern which indicates a reference state of an activity pattern of the object person； and deriving an evaluated behavior pattern on the basis of the time-series data for an evaluation period and deriving a degree of deviation of the evaluated behavior pattern from the reference behavior pattern to notify the object person of the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】 対象者の日常的な活動パターンにおける標準状態からの乖離を対象者本人に通知する自己管理支援システムを提供する。【解決手段】 システム１が、対象者の住居２０内に設置された人感センサ２１の測定データから、対象者の動作回数の１日毎の第１単位時間刻みの時系列データを作成し保存する処理と、前処理期間の時系列データに基づいて、対象者が標準状態でない箇所を特定可能な確認データを作成し、対象者の端末に送信する処理と、確認データに対して対象者が標準状態でない箇所を特定した確認済データに基づいて時系列データを修正し、対象者の活動パターンの標準状態を示す標準行動パターンを導出する処理と、評価期間の時系列データに基づいて被評価行動パターンを導出し、被評価行動パターンの標準行動パターンからの乖離度を導出し、対象者に通知する処理を行う。【選択図】 図１
