The present invention relates to novel insecticidal substances and their use identified from insect pathogenic bacteria. In the present invention, it was confirmed that the photolapis temperata temperata ( Ptt ) culture solution contained PLA 2 inhibitory substance of the X. nematophila culture solution and the analogue. In the present invention, a new PLA 2 inhibitor identified from the Ptt culture solution is cyclo proline-tyrosine (cPY). In the present invention, it was confirmed that cPY alone has an insecticidal effect, and synergistic insecticidal effect in cooperation with Bt biopesticides. Based on these results, the present invention provides a pesticide composition comprising cPY or cPY and Beati ( Bacillus thuringiensis ) as an active ingredient. The pesticide composition of the present invention can be used as a pesticide of various insects.본 발명은 곤충병원세균으로부터 분리 동정한 새로운 살충활성 물질 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는, 포토랍두스 템페라타 템페라타(Ptt) 배양액이 제노랍두스 네마토필라(X. nematophila) 배양액과 유사체의 PLA2 억제 물질을 포함하고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 발명에서 Ptt 배양액으로부터 분리 동정한 새로운 PLA2 억제물질은 사이클로 프롤린-티로신(cyclo proline-tyrosine: cPY)이다. 본 발명에서는 cPY가 단독으로 살충효과가 있음과, Bt 생물농약과 협력하여 상승적인 살충효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로, 본 발명에서는 cPY 또는 cPY와 비티(Bacillus thuringiensis)를 유효성분으로 하는 살충제 조성물이 제공된다. 본 발명의 살충제 조성물은 다양한 곤충의 살충제로 이용될 수 있다.
