To provide an organism measuring instrument performing measurement with high space resolution and high time resolution by simultaneously performing measurement by an optical organism measuring device and measurement by an electroencephalograph after obtaining three-dimensional mode image data representing position relation between the head skin surface and the brain surface in an examinee.
SOLUTION: The device is provided with a three-dimensional mode image display control 33 to display a head skin surface image 24a and/or a brain surface image 24b, a probe measurement related position data forming part 35 to form probe measurement related position data representing a probe measurement related position for which received light amount information is obtained, an electrode measurement related position data forming part 36 to form electrode measurement related position data representing electrode measurement related position for which potential information is obtained and a brain activity image display control part 37 to display the received light amount information and the potential information combined in the head skin surface image 24a and/or the brain surface image 24b based ON the probe measurement related position data and the electrode measurement related position data.
