PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brain wave measuring electrode capable of sufficiently securing conduction by being brought into contact with a scalp without using conductive paste and reducing the burden of a subject.SOLUTION: A brain wave measuring electrode 10 including a base material 12 which is formed by an elastic body, and a structure formed on the surface of the base material.
