This invention is a keep in mouth device related to teeth whitening and oral health care light. The device includes a light source and a mouth opener system.The mouth opener system includes an external soft mouth opener and an inner hard ring, this external soft mouth opener makes user comfortable when wear the mouth opener system, and the inner hard ring sustain the external soft mouth opener and maintain it on its shape.There are two flaps located on the both side of the soft mouth opener. The bilateral flaps are used to fixed and keep the mouth opener system in mouth. When user wish to remove just the light source, he/she can bite the bilateral flaps, the light source and the mouth opener system will be separated.On the other hand, there is a protruding part on the light source which is the outlet of the light. By the protruding part, the light source is able to insert into the mouth opener system. Thus the light can be mounted and fixed on user’s mouth. When light on, the user’s teeth can be whitening or his/her gum can be taken care by a specific useful light.The said oral health care light can be replaced by a cone shape camera； the cone shape including a CCD or CMOS image sensor, a set of light source for illumination when take a photo of the teeth color, an cone shape enclosure； with which the image sensor and the light source are put in, and the environment light is isolated.The said cone shape camera can be mounted and fixed in the said mouth opener system.
