PURPOSE: A nutrient for sweet persimmon is provided to increase content of unsaturated fatty acid in sweet persimmon by using both castor oil and soybean phospholipid at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A nutrient for sweet persimmon comprises 10-20 weight% of castor oil, 5.0-10.0 weight% of soybean phospholipid, 10-30 weight% of ethanol, 30-70 weight% of sweet persimmon extract, and 5.0-20.0 weight% of polysorbate. A manufacturing method of the nutrient for the sweet persimmon comprises the following steps: dissolving the castor oil and soybean phospholipid in ethanol； and adding sweet persimmon sap into the mixture emulsifying the mixture with emulsifier. The castor oil is manufactured by filtering a mixture of 10-40 weight% of shattered castor bean seed and 60-90 weight% of ethanol-water mixed solution after leaving the mixture at room temperature for 10-20 days.본 발명은 단감 재배를 위한 영양제에 관한 것으로, 단감의 당도 및 불포화 지방산 함량을 기존 관행 재배법 보다 향상시킬 목적으로 제조된 영양제에 관한 것이다. 상세하게는 대두 인지질과 피마자유를 포함하는 것으로서 물에 희석하여 엽면 및 관주 시비하되 봄식제 후 10일 간격으로 2회 관주하고, 여름 적과 후 7일 간격으로 2회 엽면 살포하고, 수확전 7일 간격으로 2회 엽면 살포하는 과정을 포함한다.
