The local processing terminal comprises an additional power source, and the power source of the local processing terminal includes a DC power supply and/or power supply from the AC mains. The local processing terminal further comprises: a local low battery alarm unit configured to generate local warning of low battery level or request of an acknowledgment on low battery, if the total value of the charge or voltage of DC and AC sources is lower than the specified level charge or voltage.
