The present invention relates to an antimicrobial composition against pathogenic super-bacteria containing propolis and alpha-pinene as active ingredients. More particularly, the present invention relates to an antimicrobial composition against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), which contains 0.1 to 0.14 mg/mL of propolis and alpha-pinene complex. The composition according to the present invention has an effect of inhibiting the growth of MRSA, an effect of suppressing the production of organic acids of MRSA, and an effect of inhibiting the formation of a MRSA biofilm.본 발명은 프로폴리스 및 알파피넨 복합물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 병원성 슈퍼박테리아에 대한 항균 조성물에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는, 프로폴리스 및 알파피넨 복합물을 0.1~0.14 mg/mL 함유하며, 항생제내성균주인 MRSA(methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus)에 대한 항균 활성을 갖는 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 조성물은 MRSA의 생장을 저해하는 효능, MRSA의 유기산 생성을 억제하는 효능 및 MRSA의 바이오필름 형성을 억제하는 효능을 보유하고 있다.
