PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaper that can be worn with appropriate tightening pressure without reference to a wearers body posture.SOLUTION: The fixing-type disposable diaper includes a groin portion, an anterior portion F which is elongated to a front side with respect to the groin portion, and a dorsal portion B which is elongated to a rear side with respect to the groin portion. First fixing portions 41 and 42 positioned on the width-direction outside and second fixing portions 43 and 44 positioned on the width-direction central side with respect to the first fixing portions 41 and 42 are provided on both the right and left side portions of the dorsal portion B, respectively.
