This patent provides one culture Yb. We checked this culture Yb by 16SrDNA and obtained Yb as Lactobacillus paracasei, respectively. This culture was screened from baby’s faece. The type of Yb group on MRS is white and round. The shape of Yb is short rod in microscopy. Yb could incubated in milk at 36-38℃ and dosage percentage about 2-5%. After fermentation about 18-24 hours, acidity of Yb is 0.5-1.0.本發明提供單離之乳酸菌Yb(Lactobacillus paracasei),其中本發明不僅是由嬰兒糞便中篩選,其特徵於MRS菌落中Yb係圓潤並呈乳白色;Yb係呈短瘦桿狀。Yb可於奶水中36-38℃進行發酵,接種量為2-5%之容量百分比,約經18-24小時之發酵其酸度分別可達0.5-1.0。
