PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep horizontal a controller attached to the lateral side of a top board of a medical bed apparatus even when the top board is inclined.SOLUTION: The medical bed apparatus 5 supports the top board 4 whereon a subject is laid while making the top board inclinable. Herein the controller 8 operating the medical bed apparatus and attached to the lateral side of the top board is attached by the medium of a spherical piezoelectric motor 100 having a piezoelectric motor system control part 200. According to this constitution, the direction of inclination and the angle at the time when the top board inclines is detected by a posture angle sensor 201, and the spherical piezoelectric motor 100 is driven in the opposite direction to the direction of inclination only by the detected angle. Thereby the controller can be maintained in a horizontal state and made easily operable.【課題】 医療用寝台装置の天板を傾斜させたときでも、天板の側面に取り付けられている操作器を水平に保つようにする。【解決手段】 被検者を載置する天板４を支持するとともに、この天板を傾動可能とした医療用寝台装置５において、この医療用寝台装置を操作する天板の側面に取り付けられる操作器８を、圧電モータシステム制御部２００を有する球面圧電モータ１００を介して取り付けるようにした。これにより、天板が傾斜したときの傾斜方向と角度を姿勢角センサ２０１で検出し、検出した角度の分だけ傾斜方向と逆方向に球面圧電モータ１００を駆動することにより、操作器を水平状態に維持することができ、操作器の操作をし易くすることができる。【選択図】 図２
