PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation method regarded as a method for accelerating generation of plants, by which the generation of monocotyledon is accelerated in a cultivation space where the carbon dioxide concentration is controlled.SOLUTION: The plant cultivation method includes adjusting the carbon dioxide concentration in the cultivation space so as to exceed the carbon dioxide concentration in the atmosphere to achieve the acceleration of the generation of the monocotyledon in a short period of time, further includes eliminating shooting to achieve the acceleration of the generation of the monocotyledon, and furthermore, includes conducting embryonic relief to accelerate the generation of the monocotyledon in a short period of time.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】植物の世代を促進させる方法に関し、二酸化炭素濃度を制御した栽培空間で単子葉植物の世代を促進させる方法を提供する。【解決手段】栽培空間の二酸化炭素濃度を大気中の二酸化炭素濃度を上回るように調節することにより、単子葉植物の世代促進短期間で達成させる。また、これに加え分げつの除去を行うことでより世代を促進短期間で達成させる。さらにこれらに加え胚救済をおこなうことで単子葉植物の世代促進を短期間で達成させる。【選択図】図1
