A revolving handshake beverage automatic formulating and packaging device comprises a conveying unit, an ordering unit, a material preparing unit, a beverage cup unit, a storage unit, a seasoning unit, a stirring unit, and an automatic sealing unit. A screen picture of the ordering unit is used for selecting the formulating content of the beverage. After activating the conveying unit, a beverage cup is fallen onto a cup falling area of a rail. Then, the beverage cup is advancing sequentially along the rail: first, moving to a material supply area to pour tea then, moving to a seasoning area to pour seasoning powder and moving to a stirring area for stirring by extending a stirring rod downward into the beverage cup. Then, ice cubes are added into the beverage cup. The beverage cup full of beverage is conveyed to a packaging area, and then sealing operation is performed by a sealing machine of the automatic sealing unit.
