The present invention relates to an x-ray detecting panel, a method of generating an x-ray image by using the x-ray detecting panel, and an x-ray photographing apparatus to which the x-ray detecting panel is applied. The x-ray detecting panel includes a light receiving device for receiving an x-ray radiated to convert the x-ray into an electric signal to output the electric signal； and a plurality of storage devices of which plural devices are connected to each of the light receiving devices and for selectively storing the electric signals output from the light receiving devices.
